　　“沒有一個人民的軍隊，便沒有人民的一切?！睎|北軍民 緊密團結，并肩戰斗，取得了遼沈戰役的偉大勝利，創造了可歌可泣的雄偉業績。歷經戰爭的長期考驗和鍛煉，人民解放軍具有高度的政治覺悟、嚴格的紀律和堅強的戰斗力。他們以全心全意為人民服務為唯一宗旨，發揚勇敢戰斗、不怕犧牲、不怕疲勞、連續作戰的優良作風，不屈不撓，英勇奮戰，前仆后繼，勇往直前，充分體現了高度的革命熱忱和崇高的革命英雄主義精神。遼沈戰役和東北解放戰爭中，5萬余名中華民族的優秀兒女長眠在白山黑水，用鮮血和生命抒寫了光輝的歷史篇章。他們的英名和功績將永遠鐫刻在歷史的豐碑上，將永遠激勵中國人民為實現中華民族的偉大復興而奮勇前進。

　　HALL OF REVOLUTIONARY MARTYRS

　　“Without  a  people's  army,  the  people  have  nothing.” The  army  and  the people  in  the Northeast  united  closely,   fought   side   by   side   and  won  a great   vicory  in   the   Liaoshen Campaign, having created heroic and moving deeds. Being tested and tempered in long years of  war,  the  People’s Liberation  Army  has  a  high  degree  of political consciousness, strict discipline and strong combat effectiveness. It  takes  serving the people wholeheartedly  as  its sole purpose, gives full play to our fine style of being courageous in  battle, no  fear of sacrifice, no fear of fatigue, and  continuous fighting (that  is, fighting  successive  battles in a short time), and  dauntlessly   steps  into   the   breach  as  others  fall,  fully  embodying  a  high  degree  of revolutionary   zeal  and  heroism. During  the Liaoshen  Campaign and  the war  to liberate the Northeast, over 50000  fine  sons and daughters of the Chinese people sacrificed their lives for the revolution, adding an  illustrious chapter to the annals of the national revolutionary struggle. Their  illustrious  names and contributions  will  be carved  on  the historical monument forever and will always encourage the Chinese people to strive  for great  rejuvenation  of  the Chinese nation.
