支前館

　　“戰爭的偉力之最深厚的根源，存在于民眾之中?！边|沈戰役和東北解放戰爭的勝利，是人民戰爭的勝利。在中國共產黨領導下，東北各級黨政機構，積極組織廣大人民群眾，充分調動各方面力量，全力支援解放戰爭。東北廣大人民在“一切為了前線”的偉大號召下，積極動員起來，努力發展生產，踴躍參軍參戰，奮勇支援前線。東北解放戰爭中，東北地區共參軍160萬人，出動民工313萬人，擔架20萬副，交納糧食450萬噸。百萬青年參軍上戰場，男女老少送公糧、縫軍衣、做軍鞋、照顧傷病員。百萬民工冒著槍林彈雨，架橋鋪路，運送物資，搶運傷員，軍隊打到哪里就支援到哪里。在廣闊的東北戰場上，呈現了軍民團結戰斗的壯麗圖景，顯示了人民戰爭的巨大威力。

　HALL OF SUPPORTING THE FRONT

　"The richest source of power to wage war lies in the masses of  the people." The   victory   in  the Liaoshen Campaign and in the war to liberate the Northeast was a victory of  the  people's war. Under  the  leadership  of  the  CPC,  Party and government  organs   at   all   levels  in the  Northeast  organized  the broad   masses  of   the  people  and  mobilized  all  strength  to fully support the War of  Liberation.     "All for victory  at  the front."To respond  to  this call, the people

  in  the  Northeast  actively   expanded  production,  vied  with  each other to  join  the army and operations, and spared no efforts to support the front. During the war to liberate the Northeast, 1.6 million people  joined  the  army,  and  the people provided  the  war  with 3.13million labor force,  200000  stretchers  and 4.5   million  tons  of  grain.  Men  and  women,  old  and young, delivered grain to the government, sewed uniforms, made shoes for soldiers and took care of the sick and wounded. The labor forces,over one million strong, erected bridges, paved roads, transported  materials  and  evacuated  the wounded  under  heavy fire. Where there was fight,

there was people's support available. In  the  vast  battlefield  of  the  Northeast, there  opened up a  magnificent  prospect   that  the  army  and  the  people fought  in  unity,  manifesting  the tremendous strength of the people’s war.
